The weekend before last I joined my friends, along with the rest of America, to watch the Super Bowl. I made my version of Chuy’s classic jalapeño ranch dip and swapped out the sour cream for Greek yogurt. After about two hours of devouring it without caring, I realized there was nothing unhealthy about it anymore! Except for the pound of tortilla chips that accompanied it… Small victories. Copycat Recipe: Chuy’s Jalapeno Ranch Dip

So as you all know, the Superbowl took place this past Sunday, and my friends hosted a huge party to celebrate! With the Superbowl of football comes the super sized bowls of dip, wings, and every other horrible-for-you food you can imagine. Needless to say, we were all uncomfortably stuffed, but quite content.
