I’m a huge rice crispy treat fan. They’re incredibly quick to make and you only need a few ingredients that seem to never go bad, so you can always have them all on hand! Modern Gilded Mirror DIY
Megan and I moved last week! Although moving is tremendously painful for us to have just relocated upstairs in our building, we gained an incredible view of downtown Houston and lowered our rent. We’re quite please with our new place. Moving is also a great thing to do, in my opinion, because you really clear out the stuff you don’t really need. I was able to finally raid my closet of old clothes from high school and things that never got unpacked from my first move. It also inspired a redecoration movement… a cheap DIY one at that! An Elevated Tea Party: Amped Up Finger Sandwiches and Boozy Tea
I’d been dying to throw a tea party. The last one I planned had 2 stuffed dogs, a teddy bear, and an American Girl Doll in attendance. There was the tiniest of tea sets filled with water, and those chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry wafer cookies on the menu. It was a spectacular event.
