There are few things in life I love more than the chocolate/peanut butter combo. Nothing can top it. It doesn’t get old. It’s sweet and savory and lends itself to all sorts of heavenly desserts. In my 15+ years of sewing, my ambitions started high (i.e. making a gown with very cheap fabric), steeply dropped (i.e. making many, many tube skirts), and tapered off at easy-medium level projects. Over Easter I was so lucky to have my family come to stay with me. Every time I see my them it takes me back to all of the memories I have baking with them in the kitchen. In the last year I have come to appreciate good lounge wear. White tees and jogger pants have been my favorite go-to items when I want to be cozy at home. Having non-ratty tee shirts and PJ shorts that aren’t from middle school actually does keep me motivated even after I’ve come home after a long day of work to get some chores done or cook a decent meal.
