Bagel Chip Sweet and Savory Appetizer Recipes

Every party needs some good appetizers. Something the host can easily make almost completely ahead of time and leave out for guests as they arrive.

When I opened up my October Degustabox and found not one, but TWO bags of Chicago style bagel chips, I had to hold myself back from just ripping them open and chowing down. One bag was garlic flavored and the other cinnamon flavored – the perfect basis for a dueling sweet and savory appetizer!

Bagel chips, for those of you who haven’t tried them, are crunchy, buttery, and bite sized chips made from bagels. The garlic flavor easily lent itself to a bruschetta appetizer. It’s one of my faves since it can be served at room temperature, but is still fresh and colorful. The cinnamon flavor had me inspired to use a Fall flavor profile, so I whipped up a pumpkin and cream cheese topping.

I love getting inspired every month when my Degustabox comes! It’s only $10 to try it out, so y’all should do it for at least a month and we can make recipes together! Here’s the link to get 1/2 off you first box:  HOT SALE! Only $9.99 for your first Degustabox! Try today, shipping is FREE! Enjoy the always delicious Degustabox surprises.

These cute little appetizers are perfect to serve to hungry Thanksgiving guests who are patiently (or not so patiently) waiting for the bird to be done! Get the recipes below for the bagel chip sweet and savory appetizers.
