Over the weekend, I hosted Megan’s bachelorette party with all of her incredibly sweet friends, and we had the BEST time! These days, weddings and the associated parties can get so out of hand and outrageous, and it was important to her that we keep things casual. In order to do that, it was very DIY and required some planning, but it turned out to be such a great time where we focused on spending time together and showering the bride-to-be.

This past weekend one of my baking buddies (and overall good friend) got married to his best friend, Levi. They’re the type of people who are honestly friends with everyone, so the wedding was a huge assortment of friends and family from all over the country. DIY Crepe Paper Vine Balloons

Lately it feels like balloons have made a comeback. Like, they were very cool when I was six and everyone got to bring a latex balloon home from a birthday party. After a long hiatus, it seems like balloons have become trendy. I’m pretty much obsessed with the balloon installations from Geronimo Balloons, and one of my fave DIY blogs, Sugar and Cloth, is always using them in shoots.
