When it comes to wedding decorations, what’s more iconic than flowers? If you ask me, nothing really beats the moment when the florist comes to deliver the flowers to the wedding party and the bride sees her bouquet for the first time. They are an accessory in all of your photos, as well as the focal point of every table that your guests will sit at for at least an hour of your wedding. It’s important you choose the right florist so you get exactly the look your want (also at the price that you want!).

Making a Wedding Mood Board
Can we acknowledge the fact that I’ve been engaged for over 3 months, and I have yet to post about it on the blog!? I shared my news on Instagram a few days after Kyle and I were engaged, but dove straight in to planning and have had little time to share anything new about it on my site. Seeing as it’s Valentine’s Day, I figured it was high time to let you all in on a few details and share my inspiration process! Continue reading “Making a Wedding Mood Board”

Three of my friends got married in the Spring and all asked if I could make their veils. Mini Heart Red Velvet Whoopie Pies
And just like that, Valentine’s Day is a week away! With all of the wedding events happening, the Super Bowl was the last thing on my mind on Sunday, so I decided to bring heart shaped whoopie pies to the party we attended to try to fit in a little Valentine’s day celebrating before it passed me by. How to Host a Casual Bachelorette Party Weekend
Over the weekend, I hosted Megan’s bachelorette party with all of her incredibly sweet friends, and we had the BEST time! These days, weddings and the associated parties can get so out of hand and outrageous, and it was important to her that we keep things casual. In order to do that, it was very DIY and required some planning, but it turned out to be such a great time where we focused on spending time together and showering the bride-to-be.
(Yes, I did theme every itinerary item with Bridesmaids quotes…)
