No Sugar Added Mango Sorbet Recipe + A Giveaway!

Mango Sorbet by Bunny Baubles 6

Every time I go out for gelato I am torn between going chocolaty or fruity. When fruity wins out, my absolute favorite flavor to get is mango. Mangoes have such a velvety texture that is naturally sweet and incredibly flavorful, making it the perfect fruit for sorbet.

Upon opening my August Degustabox, I found a very interesting juice inside containing mango and aloe vera. I had never had aloe vera juice before, but it reminded me a lot of lychee fruit or those lychee jellies that my friends from Rice always picked up at the Asian supermarkets. It was sweet with a very light flavor, and I thought it would pair perfectly with mangoes to make sorbet.

Using just fresh mangoes, the mango aloe vera juice, and some lime juice you can make perfect mango sorbet that is not sickeningly sweet like some I have tried.
